This unit needs to be hardwired and should be installed by a professional. The fan spins when turned by hand. This unit shows slight signs of wear and may have been used before. There are also some bends/dents around the edges of the unit. There are some cosmetic scuffs and scratches around the entire unit as well. Please refer to the photos for more information.
