DESCRIPTION BLACK VELVET vintage late 70's early 80's PARTY dress. The bodice of the dress is sheer chiffon with black velvet and black metallic looking dots. The rounded neckline is banded, soft padding at the shoulders and a one button closure at the back with the rest of the back seam open. The sleeves are also of the sheer and taper to the wrist. The body of the dress is 6 flared gores with a full lining that also has a ruffled black crinoline attached. This is an ADORABLE vintage 80's PARTY dress!! CONDITION: Very GENTLY USED VINTAGE.......No holes, tears, stains or wear to the fabric EXCEPT AS NOTED: Upon close inspection, we find one very light pencil eraser sized scuff to the fabric on the skirt. Minor. There is some light discoloration on the inside lining...this is common with acetate fabric...if it gets warm, the fabric discolors. Sold AS IS with this issue noted.
