Grading notes: centerfold detached at bottom staple with cover fully attached, 3/4" total spine split, moderate handling wear and creasing including half pages crease and long dog ear lower right, light edge wear, soft corner, moderate spine wear with ticks readers crease and tiny tear at top staple; Back - moderate handling wear and creasing including full length crease right side, light wear middle top edge with a couple of micro tears, light wear bottom edge with a micro tear and a tiny chip, back cover could use a cleaning, off-white to white pages.
