I saw Tyrus Wong with his family in the hotel lobby of the Burbank Marriott, and with his family's permission, my friend and I were able to approach him. He was extremely pleasant, and happy to sign my book. He was in a wheelchair and quite frail, but had a very strong signature. I've loved this book and have kept it stored in safe place ever since. Unfortunately, I'm in a position where I need to let it go. It's in beautiful shape. Happy to take more pictures!!
