Its zoom works smoothly, and auto-focus is fast and accurate, macro feature at 300 mm is very useful. It takes great photos as shown in the last two picture (one at 70mm, another at 300mm) . Autofocus of his lens was designed driven by a mechanism from the camera, such as Nikon D70, D80, D300. Some models like Nikon D3000, D5000 don't have this mechanism, so autofocus doesn't work for them. Please check your camera before you place order. Its cosmetic condition is very good, sign of light to normal use is on it, no major wears and scratches on he body. Its optical path is clean, no scratches, dusts and fungus on it, as shown in the pictures. The lens comes with an original Sigma front cap, and a rear cap. A Tiffen polarizer filter is included.
