Description: One owner. Safely stored in my smoke free home. Rarely seen for sale. My sister purchased this at a Shari Lewis signing while on vacation in L.A. and gave it to my son in 1987. There was no certificate of authenticity as Shari was just entertaining kids and signing puppets. I believe the tag says State Register No. Ohio 11671. The tag has faded over time. It was gently used for a very short time, and only a few times, prior to being stored. See pictures for condition as they are the best description. No holes, rips, or tears were noted. Overall very good condition.
