All the content is there, though "all the content" is a bit misleading, since this is a salesman's sample, so it has only a fraction of the content (400 pages?) of the full-sized book (which would have about 1500 pages). The missing pages are seem random to me: you don't get many whole entries. The salesman made some sales, though, as we can see in the back of the book. Just to be clear: This is not the full book.
