Both Pieces Are Signed By The Artist "Foster". -The Cup Measures 3" Tall, And 3 1/2" Diameter, -The Saucer Measures 5 5/8" Diameter. no chips - there seems to be a TINY old crack near the center underneath on the saucer. it does not go through and i had a difficult time trying to even take a pic.
