Description: I bought this recently in an auction as part of a joblot. From my research I believe this originates from the 1930's. Some of the enamel on the Middlesex crest is missing through age. The die cast metal badge itself is in excellent condition. It has a serial number on the front CX8860 and a makers mark on the reverse "Die Casting Co. London N.W.10" The mascot can be unscrewed from the wooden base if required. The height with stand is 5.7 ins. This is a rare item that would be a great addition to any collection.
