Description: Seascape Oil Painting By Canadian Painter Roal English. The actual painting measures 12" wide by 16" tall and the measurements with the frame are 23" tall by 18.75" wide. The Painting and the Frame will both need to be cleaned as they are pretty dirty. The painting has a sharp object penetrating the canvas by the clouds. (see last photo). The hole is really small, probably from applying the hanger. Still a really nice Painting and with a little TLC could be quite Valuable. Additional Insurance will be needed for this purchase.
