All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Opened boxes and or used RC vehicles & parts are not returnable for a refund or exchange. Electrical items are NOT RETURNABLE. Defective or damaged RC vehicles & parts are to be warrantied by the RC vehicle mfg not BSM Sales Group/ RCCrawlerCountry. Buyer must register the RC vehicle with the mfg in order for the warranty to be valid.
