ENGLAND. We found this publication to be described online as the “first tactical manual on armed police operations written by a serving police officer” in the UK. Greenwood was an early vocal and persistent advocate of the use of firearms by the British police. Aside from library holdings, we found only 2 other copies of this book available for purchase online, both incidentally for more than twice the price of our opening bid amount. The book has a total of 68 numbered pages and contains a few black & white illustrations. It is about the size of a trade paperback measuring roughly 8 1/2” x 5 3/8” x 1/4” and it weighs 4.9 oz.
