The main picture is the result of reflections, etc. They are pretty much the same condition as on the A unit. It is hard to get accurate pictures of chrome. ***** Offering this rare HO scale brass Overland Models OMI-5704 and 5705 Milwaukee Road diesel locomotive AB set with the Olympian Hiawatha color scheme: - OMI-5704 Milwaukee Road Erie Built A unit #5A, C-9A, C As Built w/ Chrome Nose Shield w/ D-B, w/ Steam (as labeled on the box) only 120 built - OMI-5705 Milwaukee Road Erie Built B unit #5B-8B, As Built, w/ D-B, w/ Steam (as labeled on the box) only 75 built They were made in Korea by AJIN Precision Mfg. in 1991. I have both original boxes in VG-EX condition with EX foam casings. On box bottom shows light moisture stains on the outside that did not seep through to the inside. The A unit also has a bag of parts. Both units are in EX condition with very minor paint dings (see PIC close-ups) and minimal rail time. There may be some parts missing. There are no windows or number boards. No other apparent flaws; but please check the pictures for yourself. I tested both units individually on a test track. Both required an occasional push to start from a stop; but once running, they would run well, even at low speed. They probably need lubrication and some break-in time. They both are a bit on the noisy side compared to today’s more modern locos. I can also hear loose weights (?) moving around inside. There are no lights.
