Description: RARE ANTIQUE WHITE RIVER FLOUR ADVERTISING GLASS MADE BY THE J.H. HOBBS, BROCKUNIER & CO. WHEELING, WV This is a rare antique advertising glass that probably dates to the mid-1800s. Glass has embossed lettering on the bottom base that advertises for White River Flour. This glass was produced by the Hobbs, Brockunier & Co. out of Wheeling, West Virginia that was in operation from 1845-1888. Glass is a rare find but it does have some condition issues around the top rim. Some chips are present. Please see pictures for design and condition detail. Measures 4" tall by 3" in diameter at the top opening. The base has a diameter of 2.5". Wonderful and hard-to-find old White River Flour advertising glass would be a great display piece for your collection. Don't miss it.
