St. Louis, MO Special Size 2 Sad Iron (Pat’d Sept 28, 1897);. This heirloom has an interlocking removable Wooden Handle. In good 125 year old condition. HAS RUST INSIDE UNDER HANDLE. SOLD AS IS. The iron is dated 1897; stamped on upper cast iron base just under the handle. Size 2; St. Louis, MO The iron is 6 1/2 inches long, 3 3/8 inches wide and weighs a hefty 6 pounds.
