The medal is 40.7g of .925 silver, so about 1.2 oz silver all told, and is in a capsule. This one marks the "First Crossing of the Atlantic" by Lt Cdr A C Read and crew in the Curtiss Seaplane Pictures are of the actual item you will receive. I am not an expert. I have tried to describe the coin(s) as accurately as possible using Numista and other coin catalogues but please use the pictures to confirm details. Pictures are guaranteed - description is not! I've been careful to store these well and keep them in the condition I received them in so most of the capsules are in great condition, but very few of them have slight marking, one or two have a small crack, please note you are bidding for the coin, consider the capsule a free gift.
