Description: New Quaife-Norton 5 speed transmission with Quaife heavy duty alloy main case which was polished (originally sand cast finish), assembled with all new bearings and internals. The outer covers are rebuilt Norton parts as per Quaife instructions. This transmission was for a cancelled project and was never used or installed. The transmission was assembled with assembly lube but otherwise has not had any fluid installed. This unit was assembled about 12 years ago, packed up in plastic and shelved since then.
