Description: This is an original copy of the classic horror, fantasy and science fiction pulp magazine WEIRD TALES, January 1949 in generally good shape for its age. Pages are age tanned. The back page is whole but detached. However, the issue is complete and none of the interior pages are torn or marked. This issue includes stories by several famous writers, including Robert Bloch, Robert A. Heinlein, John D. McDonald and Frank Gruber. Interior illustrations are by Lee Brown Coye, Vincent Napoli, Boris Dolgov and John Giunta. 96 newsprint pages. The cover painting was done by Lee Brown Coye.
