The costume is made of blue velvet type fabric with stretch. It is decorated with silver appliques & crystals. The lower & upper arm have the same applique details. The back has one row of hook & eye closures. This has shoulder pads. I am noting that I discovered 2 irregularities in the fabric. The costume is brand new. The more recognizable one is in the back & is shown in the last picture. I tried to close up on it. It's not a hole, but an interruption in the fabric's finish. That is the best I can describe it. The 2 areas are very small. I only noticed because I had a huge light directly on it. Please remember to measure. Returns are not accepted for costumes & tunics.
