He is a Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences India (NASI), Indian National Science Academy (INSA), Indian Academy of Sciences (IAS) and the American Physical Society (APS).Dr. Sanjay Swain is currently a Professor at the National Institute of Science Education and Research, Jatni, India. He leads the experimental particle physics program at NISER and is instrumental in international collaborations — CMS at CERN and NOvA at FNAL, USA. He is also the Dean of Research and Development at NISER.Dr. Ranbir Singh is currently a Scientific Officer at the National Institute of Science Education and Research, Jatni, India.
