Charles Borup was born in Denmark and lived in Streatham and Richmond in London. He exhibited from 1910 to at least 1937 becoming a feloow of the Royal Photographic Society in 1922. His work is in the collection of the National Portrait Gallery, and the Victoria and Albert Museum, London.
