Not a significant point of wear. ** Charming antique book plate at the front. ** Starting at page 251 you can see a small tear at the bottom of the page. These small tears extend to the end. The final illustration plate has a tear. These are not that obvious. I almost missed them myself when examining the book. Please see pictures. - Includes antique newspaper clipping. Please review all pictures carefully for information and condition. There should be no surprises about the condition. Over all the book is a great example of a first American print.
