Parker Hale - Lee Enfield British 303 Sights & Components

Description: Here is a listing with available Parker Hale and Alfred J Parker (AJP) sight systems and components as used on Lee Enfield rifles for target, fun and competition shooting. Sight Assemblies, Components, Fasteners and Irises - Mix and Match (use the drop down menu for item / photo and fill a cart for multiple discounts). The No4 micrometer sights were adapted to fit the sniper and competition rifle developments of the 1980's - these were added to a milled base that incorporated a windage scale and screw as well as the indent, dowels and fasteners for attaching. The sight leaf and windage screw could be added to a No4 action (requires drilling) - a popular conversion kit in the 2000's (instructions available). The No4 sights with the PH threaded cursor (from the above) are standard fitting No4 sights, built from parts with 2MOA elevation clicks. The threaded cursor allows the use of a reduced single hole midget peep - one is provided (obscures the battle sight) - have fun modifying or searching for your own unique sight picture. Parker Hale did also make mk1 SMLE / No4 Rifle (split base, solid blade) front sight blades to add to their rifles and sales kits. Seems to be a nice NOS blacked mk1 sight blade marked with "PH" and the size. PH5A - cast and machined for the No1 rifle action - including No1mk3 SMLE, No2mk4 .22 Training SMLE, Ishapore 2A / 2A1 Nato 7.62x 51mm Rifles. The item for sale (#6959) is an earlier AJP model with 95%+ original finish remaining and signs of some light use. It has 2 "AJP Bisely Works" triangles and is stamped with the South African service "U" in 2 places and for mk7 ammunition - good clean scales, decent scale screw heads and crisp, positive .5 MOA clicks on both scales. PH5B - cast and machined for the Pattern 14 / Model of 1917. Two formats exist - one with a base for the Pattern 1914 extension +peg, one with a base for the Model of 1917 (forks) - an adaptor exists to have the Model of 1917 forked base work on a Pattern 14 rifle. The item for sale (#71) is a post world war 2 version specifically for the Pattern 14 rifle with 80%+ original finish. Marked for Parker Hale, MkVII ammunition and Pattern 14 - both components match with the serial #71 - good clean scales, decent screw heads and crisp positive 1/2 MOA clicks on both axies - includes the longer rear sight screw for fitment. PH5C - cast and machined for the No4 rifle action and models based upon it. The item for sale (#97) has 90%+ original blue / black finish and only needs a light clean (maybe polish those scales). Marked for Parker Hale and PH5c with the serial #97 on the body and on the arm - good clean scales, great larger format screw and adjuster turret heads and crisp, positive 1/4 MOA clicks on both axies - a very practical aiming device! PH5E4 - one of the last and most refined designs for a No4 rifle action sight to come out of Parker Hale - used on some L39 Military Target Rifles and as standard iron sights on the Enforcer police models - all in 7.52 x 51mm NATO. The body is marked for elevation and windage and the sights serial number "06" (matching), The detachable No4 rifle action bracket is marked for Parker Hale and PH5E4. Used and in nice condition - could be cleaned but is fully functional. Crisp, positive 1/4 MOA clicks on elevation and windage. One Allen screw missing for the bracket. Takes standard PH diopter options (not included) A rare device, made in small numbers! AJP TZ 4/47 - cast and machined for the No4 rifle action and models based upon it - bridge is quick release - with 1/4 MOA adjuster clicks. Item for sale is a serial mismatch (different bridge to body combination - elevation skips at +6MOA - work up over this number or have it serviced). good clean scales, decent screw heads. AJP 8/53 - a bolt on windage adjuster and scale bloc for use on standard No4 mk1 milled micrometer rear sights. These are rare and desirable as they convert any standard or tuned battle rifle for windage and require no drilling / tapping. The adaptor has rear rales to grip the ladder of the standard sight and is attached with a special screw through the rear of the cursor peep hole (which has to be raised to fit the adaptor - and so this uses some elevation clicks). The adaptor has a threaded peep hole to take one of the many PH threaded diopters - choose one for your tastes, size and features (not included - available separately). This is the third example I have had in 10 years and the first that is surplus to my uses. PH21 rear sight vee block - fits in place of the No4 rear sight for a vee scope mount block (front block also required). This has a "under the mounts" rear iron sight peep hole built in. A9 Nox Vee Block for scope mounts - fits the curvature of the No4 action and is the right length for the round nox section - required to be drilled and tapped - check the install height if paired with the PH21. PH 61 - 6 hole diopter aperture - fits all PH bridge / diopter threads. PH215 A and C Triangular Sling Swivels replace the front trigger guard screw on No1 Rifles (Fine Thread) and No4 Rifles (Medium Thread) - popular with competition shooters.
