Although PB calls this color 'charcoal' it isn't a dark color-is a very nice washed out medium gray. Curtains are unlined so it nicely filters sunlight but doesn't block it 100%. New in package, does NOT include drapery hooks (no curtains from this collection come with drapery hooks).
