Description: This is a used Pacific Legend, Woman's Blue Floral Hawaiian Long Short Sleeve Dress in a size LARGE in very good condition. The sleeves have elastic around the neckline and I believe they can be worn off the shoulder. The elastic is a little gone on the hem of the sleeves. I also believe that the ruffle on the sleeve was removed as the seam has rough edges. The hem has a ruffle, but the ruffle is shorter in the front than the back. Please view photos for a better description. This was a donation to our shop.
