Description: A really nice ruby or dark cranberry red cut to clear Val St Lambert decanter with 4 small matching cordial or aperitif glasses. This likely dates from the interwar period of 1920 to 1940. The decanter is 10" tall with the stopper and 7-3/8" tall without it. The square footed glasses are 2-3/8" tall and 1-1/2" across the rims. The decanter is heavily made at approx. 2-1/2 lbs. The decanter has the Val St Lambert script mark on the base. The stopper has "129" scratched on the end. The glasses are unmarked. The condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or cloudiness. They show very little actual use.
