NOS 1967 Chevy Chevelle Malibu inner cable speedometer tach floor shift ?? READ

Description: We are not sure what this is for - read on: New old stock GM inner cable in an old GM envelope with handwritten description we can read to say '1967 Chevelle WT in floor. We are not 100% sure what that all means - it looks like the inner speedometer cable to us, but with that description, it could be an inner shift cable or possibly a mechanical tachometer? This is for one of you knowledgeable '67 Chevy A Body guys to figure out. It is 56-1/8" overall length and maybe for more years? If you know, but do not need it, please let us know so we can get the description changed so someone who needs it can find it.
