Description: We have a lovely numbered Print by Nori Peter.It is titled "Georgian Bay" and depicts Canadian Aboriginal Children.The landscape of the Georgian Bay area is very much like you would find in the Muskoka region.Wind swept pines, large rock formations and beautiful waters of Georgian Bay.This one is numbered 12/150 and also signed by the artist.Nori Peter (1935-2009) was born in Budapest, Hungary.She studied art in Hungary, but in 1956 she emigrated with her mother to Canada.She had her own studio in Toronto, and mostly painted portraits.In the mid 1960s she travelled to Inuit and painted many scenes there.This print measures approx. 13 inches x 18.5 inches.There is some ripples to the top edge of the print and should be professionally framed.This Nori Peter print is well worth framing and would be a great addition to your collection!
