Description: The asset lot for sale in this listing is a collection of pieces of wardrobe worn by the chef buccaneers that were part of the tourist group that invaded the island in the 2008 film, Nim's Island. This lot includes chef coat, apron, hat, head wrap, two belt wraps, and green striped shirt. This is the only one we have available that matches to the screen images! Acquired in a movie memorabilia assets buyout from one of the employees who works for Profiles in History who purchased them directly from the company. Prior to PIH's ownership of the assets, they were stored and managed by a company called Hollywood Parts. Both of these companies are very well-known and reputable in the business. I work for a performing theatre organization who acquired these assets and I am helping them sell some of the acquired assets to help raise funds for the ongoing work of the theatre within the local community. This costuming comes with a beautifully designed and embossed Certificate of Authenticity from the movie memorabilia assets management department of the Logos Theatre. An additional letter of authenticity can be included detailing how the theatre acquired a majority of their assets, which included this costuming. Please request if desired. Not included otherwise. Many of our items have also survived years of being transported all over the world and being stored in less than ideal conditions and thus have also sustained condition issues from all this. Movie used props and costumes are not supposed to look clean and pristine. If you are looking for that, buy a replica.
