The top seal has been cut BUT it doesn't look like the box has ever been opened. The character is still attached to the box w/ the plastic fasteners. The misprint refers to the character ID card and UPC. You can see that the printing wasn't in alignment so there's a ghosting of the text and images. This is also visible in the UPC code. The other areas of the box don't seem to have this error. Please check out all pictures for condition and please ask questions PRIOR to buying.
