Both items are in excellent shape, almost looks new but obviously are (lightly) used, see pics for full disclosure. Shipping is FREE, manuals are placed in a photomailer and mailed using ebay tracked first-class shipping. International shipping is calculated by ebay. I've rated it a B+ using the ratings system below. A - looks like new (there won't be very many A's in 25-yr-old manuals), "A-" indicates a defect or two. B - coloring/gloss looks good, pages are firm, will have spine-creases and other minor creases. C - everything is whole, but has creases, minor tears, and spine-creases, and the cover may be loose.
