Back of Heron is inside cardboard insert which is stapled to the bag so can't remove it for pics. The metal support rods are already inserted in the front & back sections as are the stiffening rods. Fiberglass Poles & Ground Stake are in stapled bag. Please Note: Found a 1" spot where the zigzag stitching came undone on One Side - have applied fray-check to prevent unraveling plus glued it closed. The beak & foot have a small crease in the end from the packaging.
