Description: Our trains are made of the hardwoods walnut, Brazilian cherry, oak, and maple and the letters are pine. The wheels roll and the letters slant slightly as if swaying with the movement of the train. All the pieces are constructed with internal dowels and glue. The only screw attaches the smokestack. (see photo) The finish is non toxic polyurethane to bring out the grain and the beauty of the wood. Every train is unique. We have sold hundreds of these trains over the past ten years at train shows across 5 states in the southeast.
