Measurements of this Dress: Measuring straight across from top of underarm seam to top of other underarm seam while laying flat: 19 3/4”. While applying stretch, you can get to 21 1/2” Measuring straight across in the hips area from side seam to other side seam is 23”. While applying stretch, you can get to 25”. Length of this dress from shoulder seam to bottom: 32 3/4” Fabric Content: 55% Silk, 35% Rayon, 10% Spandex Care Instructions: Hand wash in Cold Water or Dry Clean, Do Not Bleach and Wring (I did machine wash this dress on gentle cycle on cool wash & permanent press cycle on dryer, and it did just fine.)
