Description: Original WW2 Era Relic German Army Leather Medical Pouch Medical pouch is in great shape and was made in 1940. This unique item has a n Italian gauze packing as well as an informational sheet for Dolantin, and some extra surgical blades. This Medical pouch is also soaked with blood, I am no forensic pathologist but I would say whoever wore this might have had a pretty serious injury. Very interesting piece that displays nicely.
