Moorcroft Pottery Hibiscus Vase Lamp Green Ground c1950s Vintage

Description: I have up for sale a lovely vintage original circa 1950s - 60s Moorcroft HIBISCUS Green Ground Table Lamp. I believe that it was Factory Done as a Lamp but can not say with certainty. Just the vase section itself stands approx 8" - that is just the pottery not the wood base or top. The pottery is in Excellent Condition albeit the imperfection that I noted in the condition report - it looks like a drop of clear glue but it could be a factory glaze imperfection as well . The lamp stands approx 15" tall from the ground up to the top of the socket. The harp for the lamp can be removed and will be taken off for packaging. The factory label is on the bottom of the felt bottom, its glued on to a piece of cardboard that was glued to the bottom of the wood base. In all the lamp weighs a little over 4 lbs. No Shade - you get just what you see in the pics - minus the soda can of course. I did not attempt to take the lamp apart to see if it is a Vase converted into a lamp or if its a Factory Lamp and am selling it As Is - just as you see it .If its a conversion so be it , if its a factory lamp - so be it. In either case , its very well done and looks great. The cord and plug are replacements , done by the previous owner - not me. No Shade, you get just what you see in the pics. I will package with care and ship fully insured. Please post feedback after receipt of the item and I will reciprocate. ONLY THROW OUT THE BOXES AND PACKAGING AFTER YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE ITEM OR ITEMS AND FIND NO DAMAGE other than what may be noted in the condition report or shown in the pics. IN THE RARE EVENT YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM AND IT IS DAMAGED -CONTACT ME ASAP - KEEP THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS JUST AS THE ITEM ARRIVED AS THEY WOULD BE NEEDED TO HELP PROCESS THE INSURANCE CLAIM. YOU WOULD BE REQUIRED TO HELP WITH THE INSURANCE CLAIM . SAVE THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING ,PICS OF THE OUTER BOX AND INNER BOX , AND OF THE DAMAGED ITEM WOULD BE REQUIRED. WITHOUT THESE PICS, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND IF I CAN NOT PROCESS THE CLAIM - YOUR HELP IS REQUIRED. THIS IS PART OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN IT COMES TO DAMAGE. I PACKAGE TO THE VERY BEST OF MY ABILITIES BUT SOMETIMES THINGS HAPPEN THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
