Description: This pencil silhouette maxi skirt, size MEDIUM, by TEMPO PARIS is beautiful. The fabric is 100% polyester plisse (micro-pleats). Up close, the fabric looks mettalic. It's very lightweight. The skirt has two dramatic side slits. Based on the interior label, the skirt appears to be vintage, probably from the 90's. It was made in the USA. The colors in this skirt are black, red, gold, silver. The movement in the fabric is everything! The thin black, stretch waistband is perfect for this garment. The skirt is NOT lined, and there are NO pockets. It's interesting to read about the introduction of plisse in the early 1990's. CONDITION--Very good pre-owned condition. I do not see any rips, holes, stains or repairs. I apologize that the camera is not picking up the colors well. The colors are best seen in the last photo.
