Description: Up for auction we have this Historical Staffordshire dark blue plate with a view "Exchange Baltimore". This piece displays as perfect but was broken in half and repaired. The repair is excellent and is really not noticeable when displayed. It measures 9 3/4" in diameter and dates circa 1825.
