This is a set of five original 1940's unused sheets of letterhead from LOWRY FIELD at Denver, Colorado with a fantastic bomber logo with a gunner mounted on a flying bomb! The first AAF bombardier school was set up at Lowry. The field was named for Francis Lowry, the only Colorado pilot killed in World War II. These sheets came from the estate of a World War II vet and have been in a box for decades. These measure 7 3/8 inches X 10 1/2 inches. Unused and in great shape! A great group FOR THE COLLECTOR!
