Description: Offering a mixed lot of (9) Vintage pyratone men's right-handed golf clubs. Pyratone was introduced in the 1930's, after wood hickory shaft golf clubs were generally replaced by steel clubs. These shafts are all steel, but have the pyratone finish on them that simulates the hickory look, and these were common on clubs in the 1930's into the 1940's. Included are the following:(5) Ben Hogan Model 261 (reg. No 1522) 2,3,5,7,9 Irons(1) Tommy Armour TA-5 MacGregor 9 iron(2) True-Shot Matched Models (Mild Stainless Steel) #8 Niblick, 2 irons(1) Aristo Model 40 (Chromium) Sand Wedge "Sandblaster" These clubs have the age one would expect from golf clubs almost 100 years old, but they are all in good shape as shown. There are plenty of pictures of each to show you the exact condition. The pyratone finish is in good shape, as are the grips. Price below market for similar clubs at only $11/each. Fast shipping.
