The binders are presentation style, have front and back plastic sleeves where a page can be slipped in for a cover as well as along spine, pocket on front & back inside covers. Come with some sleeve protectors in each one as these binders were originally used for marketing material but were never distributed, so materials removed and binders ready for use again. About 9-10 plastic sleeves per binder. Binders are in good condition, may have small signs of previous use, primarily some scuffing on the external plastic covering. Oxford is good quality, these are not flimsy ones & black plastic cover is slightly textured. Sorry for shipping cost, this will weigh 15 pounds shipped.
