Lot Of 11 Baguette Cut Diamonds (Clarity Enhanced) 0.94 Carats Loose Gemstones

Description: This lot of real earth mined diamonds originated from the Argyle Mine in Australia. I purchased them in a in New York back in 2006. It took me several years to cut all the rough in the original larger parcel, and now I’m selling the finished faceted diamonds in smaller parcels such as this one. Each diamond measures between 2x1 mm and 6x3 mm. The lot of 11 diamonds has a combined weight of 0.94 carats. I personally precision faceted these diamonds into standard baguette cuts. They are all perfectly proportioned and have ideal cut grades. All of the diamonds in this lot have excellent colorless G-J color and range in clarity from VS-1 to VS-2. You will get the exact 11 diamonds in the picture. * The diamonds in this lot were clarity enhanced while still in their rough state using a safe, stable, and permanent method known as glass filling. This method removes and fills clarity characteristics that would otherwise lower the diamonds clarity grade. This treatment is considered common and an industry standard for enhanced diamonds. Certains types of testing used to identify diamonds without enhancements may be insufficient when trying to identify enhanced diamonds such as these. Thermal conductivity testers (pen testers) are not used for testing enhanced diamonds and will give false readings on these diamonds. The reason for this is because they heat a small part of the stone and measure how fast it cools. That rate of cooling is used to determine if the stone is a diamond or not. Pen testers are not a reliable form of diamond testing and should always be used with at least 2 other forms of testing.
