Description: *** Chuck's China Closet - Serving the E-Bay Community since 2006 *** This listing is for a vintage Lenox China decorative collector plate from the "Annual Limited Edition of Boehm Birds" series manufactured in the USA. This series features a different bird for every year. This plate was issued in 1974 and features the Rufous Hummingbird. The plate is in superior condition with no cracks, readily noticeable scratches, chips, or crazing. The colors are strong and sharp. The gold banding and gold perimeter appear pristine. There are no flaws or blemishes on the plate that I can see, but there are just a few short and extremely light scratches in just one small area on the face of the plate that are really not noticeable except under bright light and magnification. Because of this minor issue I would personally classify the plate to be in "Excellent" used condition. This plate does not come with the original box or paperwork. This is a beautiful example of a contemporary decorative collector plate.
