It is FULLY ENCLOSED with Light Bluish Gray Bricks so NO UGLY COLORS OR GAPS! It also includes 8 1x4 Technic Pieces, two on each side, to easily attach to other Modular Building Foundations using the sets included black technic connectors. ✅ It is recommended to buy this BEFORE building a modular set, as pictured here with the Boutique Hotel, but transferring IS possible just tedious! The top of the foundation uses the least amount of plates possible by using the LARGEST GENUINE LEGO PLATE, the 16x16 Plate. 32x32 pieces ARE fake so we do not use them. We hope you purchase and continue to purchase our Modular foundations. They come assembled but you can request for them to come disassembled if you are worried about shipping damage. No promise that it remains built but we will always ship in a SOLID cardboard box and NEVER just paper/envelop material.
