Description: HANDMADE KYDEX SHEATH Handmade to fit the KA-BAR® USMC Short Model KA1250 that is 9.375" overall with 5.25" blade that is 0.906 inches wide and 0.165" thick. Made from .080 MOAK Bottomland Camo Kydex Includes Terzuola design T-CLIP for left hand or right hand carry on up to 1 3/4" belt. The clip will mount horizontally but the knife may not balance well that way. Adjusting the spacer bar to fit the belt tightly may help with horizontal carry. 3/4" eyelet spacing would allow you to substitute your own compatible clip. Note: The sheath was molded from a current Ka-Bar model 1250 which is the 3/4 scale version of the USMC knife. The sheath does NOT fit the full size model with 7" blade. For replacement of the sheath that comes with the knife. You may want to use this sheath in the outdoors and keep the original sheath pristine. Or maybe the dog ate your original sheath.... Pictures are of the sheath you will receive so look carefully. The sheath only fits this particular model. As is normal with Kydex, you may need to gently heat the throat and adjust the fit of the handle as your knife may be more or less worn than the one that I used for a form. NOTE: you are buying one sheath. Knife is NOT included. Please note that belt clips including Tek-Lok, Dots-Lok and G-Clip are all mounted behind the blade and will cause the sheath to ride high. Be sure and take a look at the back of the sheath in the pictures.... NOTE: Kydex is a hard material that is likely to scuff the handle or blade of your knife. It is most commonly used for outdoors carry and is not suitable for a new or collectible knife that you are trying to keep pristine.
