Description: Rare Vintage Karl Kahles Helia "L" 8 x 56... L is the lightweight aluminum version, highest end scope Kahles made at the time. German recital #4 cross hair, comes to fine point in center. Very bright scope, targets jump out. This scope seems to gather more light than currently available. Would make an excellent twilight scope, full moon, etc... Comes with original lens cap. Rail seems to be affixed to the bottom and not removable. Widest point on rail is around ~14.5mm and, ~6mm tall Glass is clean. No haze, or fungus.Body is in good used condition with a few mounting marks on underside, and some imperfections around body, possibly small touchup from chips. Look at pictures carefully and ask any questions BEFORE you buy. NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON ACCEPTED.
