Description: Upgrade for John Deere LVU-31387. Upgraded materials, design and coating. It is my belief that part of the flaw John Deere had with this component was they didn’t squeeze from both sides. So in addition to having a better built part( steel) , longer bolts, washers, and lock washers and a nut or a lock nut would be ideal. This can be seen in the pictures of it installed. I believe with this upgraded part other areas in this whole operation would fail before this would. When you receive this and you hold it next to the OEM piece, it almost looks like John Deere intended this to be a fail point not just in material materials, but design and how it was held to the shaft. **** All welding and assembly is done by a professional TIG welder **** Welds are clearly visible ;-)
