The cover is all intact and no holes ;tears splits or writing. The record has a 1/4 inch or less in the middle or side 2 can not see it unless you put in under bright lite on an angle this was the very first record I bought when I was 15. This is going to be a visual grading just saw the one tiny surface scratch. The inner sleeve is there original in rough condition tape on one side when the record popped through. I guess from 1968 it has come a long way 56 years old. The reason being my turntable in the shop seems like forever because I like to play test. Remember visual grading under a bright light.
