Overall good condition with some minor flaws--slight chipping on rim of cup, crack on bottom of cup (cracked all the way through to inside), minimal scratching on outside of pitcher (see photos for details). Please note the seam where the handle attaches--item was made this way and is not due to repair. Item includes an outdated appraisal slip simply for historical background on item, does not necessarily indicate correct value or description of item. From my research this appears to be made by Hobbs Brockunier (as stated in title), but I am not an expert and cannot say for certain--item is unmarked.
