The signed cards have Gold backs to distinguish them from the regular non-autographed versions. This fifteen unit phone card was issued by PATCO. It is in Mint condition and has never been used. Pin # is not scratched off on back, though time on card is expired card is In Mint/Near Mint condition. Shipped in sleeve, top loader & padded envelope
